ups sucks ass for snus shipments!

my last two orders with get snus were sent usps they got here in 3 days this last order went with ups its been over a week still no snus yummys as of yet i am one pissed of jew! i want my snus 4 days ago i am a little scared now i ony have 15 cans in the freezer :cry:

UPS is horrible, even when you're not ordering from overseas. It takes a full week to get UPS shipments from getsnus to me, while the USPS takes two days.

UPS can be really slow depending on where you live. I live in WI and from PA it has to go through two routing centers at a cost of a day and a half each. Getsnus usually uses tracking numbers, did you check where it is?

i just checked the tracking number and it says invalid tracking number. i am not a happy camper :x

First I would print your receipt then call UPS.

I noticed they switched to UPS too, which makes me wonder if they might end up raising the shipping costs eventually since UPS is way more expensive than USPS Priority...especially for us that make smaller orders.

Getsnus hasn't switched to UPS. All orders over fifty dollars ship out UPS automatically. Occasionally a small order goes out UPS if the post office is closed. If you want to ensure that your order ships USPS, call after you place your order and they'll hook you up. I always opt for USPS, UPS takes too freaking long. I can literally watch my tracked item sit in their warehouse (thirty miles away) for days and days before they're kind enough to deliver it to me.

The USPS has, every week for the last six months, got my getsnus order to me in two days. That's pretty sweet. The two or three times it shipped UPS took at least six days.

i just placed an order with getsnus (because i thought it would be fast) but they send it out UPS (it was a small order too, only 10 cans) and im dying over here. i thought id get it in like 3 days or so as usual, its not scheduled to be here for another 3 days still! I have gotten shipments with swedish post faster!

out of snus and all i can do is track my order and watch it sit in a warehouse with major nicotine W/D :cry:

I would normally agree. But I placed a big order with northerner yesterday and the only option was UPS. Its due to arrive monday. I cant really complain

Swedish post for me typically takes 6 days. I was able to find a store nearby that sells basic General set for around $6/tin, so I guess I better get likin' General more.
