Yeah, poker, sexual preference, sexual positions, illegible drug use, number of murder convictions, etc. all the normal questions.

I'm guessing it's a survey to tailor advertising to their target audience. You had that whole page of rating your interests from 1-5. To me that sounds like helping them choose which magazines to advertise in.

Probably for marketing research. If enough people answer "yes" to playing poker, you can bet there will soon be Onyx ads featuring a bunch of fellas sitting around playing Texas Hold Em and snusing away.

I remember taking one of those survey's from Philip Morris that was all about video games. Questions went like

Do you play video games?
How many gaming consoles do you own?
Do you rent, buy, or otherwise borrow video games more than once a week?
What types of video games do you play?
etc.

I wonder why a cigarette company, who is technically not legally able to market their wares to video game players, would bother trying to figure out what kind of games I play? :?

Well I do play poker, and I got a number of follow-up questions about the details of where, how often, etc. That probably is smart market research for them. If they do target a marketing campaign for poker players, it will work.

Apparently they found my sex life insufficiently interesting, however. So do I.

And for the record, I want to assure you all that my drug use has always been legible, and properly punctuated as well.

Got mine today too. The wife got a bit twisted thinking I had ordered something. After being banned from buying snus or snuff for a while. I forgot all about this survey. Finally remembered in time to save my "boys".
