Might be a good opritunity to test their customer service skills and see what they can do to make it up to you.
I went to thier site and set a very kind note to thier Customer Service department as well as John. I'll keep you all updated.

I hope they take care of you. We are all watching to see how this is handled.
My free can took 3 working days to arrive. Although my first buysnus order took 4 weeks. So don't give up on getsnus yet.

Not only did John email me back with the issue (somehow, the company they used to verify credit cards didn't record the exp. date of my card correctly) but, I recieved a call this morning from thier customer service department. A great guy named Steve explained what happened and apologized for not contacting me. They are sending the snus out today and I should have it by the weekend. I was impressed.

I put in an prder recently and noticed the snus shipped from Harrisburg, PA. For those of us on the east coast it's great. 3 days in UPS time for me. Are they a US-based company?

I put feedback on their site about carrying Knox. They replied asking what I haven't tried that they do carry. When I told them I had tried everything but General Wintergreen Portions they replied quickly and said they would throw in a can on my next order. They were very quick with all replies and seem the really care. I was very impressed. They also said they would continue free UPS for orders over 50$ for awhile while they build their base.

Sounds like they responded quick and took care of the issue. Good for them.
Now I just will keep watching for their selection to expand. I like a lot of brands, but hate to order from two or three places to get all the ones I like.Plus being able to order from the U.S. it should eliminate postage issues.

actually interstate shipping of tobacco products is MORE restricted than importing from outside the country believe it or not. We can thank all the state tax authorities for this very restrictive policies on interstate commerce. God forbid some state gets a penny too little sin tax money.

On the website, lower left, click the link product request. I requested the Skruf line. Cigars International, which is affiliated and also owned by SM, still carried cigars from everyone else. Maybe there is hope.

Just got the order today!!!! I make that 2½ days thru the USPS!!!! Very impressing . GetSnus also sent 2 cans in the order without me asking for anything. I'm pretty happy with thier service. The only thing I did notice is that the cans look like they came out of the Swedish Match warehouses in the US as the bottom is printed in English. The only concern is that when I get the cans of, say, General Lös from Sweden, the Best Before dates seem to be further out. My cans that came from Northerner have dates of 02/2009 where the ones from GetSnus are 11/2008. Other than that, Great job John and your team!!!!

Has anyone noticed that they now sell the full Offroad loose lineup (excluding long cut)?

They also sell both varieties of Phantom (for 17 BUCKS A ROLL!!!), so if you're ordering multiple rolls...Xobe...you'd get free shipping and pay less than 20 a roll.

I think they are U.S. bassed, but a sort of outlet for Swedish Match.
It's good to hear they are working out as well for other people as they did for me . I was worried that my great expeirience was a fluke, But it seems that great service is a snus industry wide tradition.

I had a very nice email conversation with them today. They are looking to expand the line that they carry. They also do carry the offroad long cut but it was in the wrong place on the site (under original portions) I did ask them to carry skruf (my goto snus) if they do I think they will become my primary vendor. I feel with them being in the states first the shipping cost is less if not free on larger orders and I will not have to worry about and custom issues (I have not had any as of yet but I feer with snus becoming more pop in the states some might start down the road. I also have no same in supporting an american based vendor. I will support any american vendor on any product. Keep more money in the US to support the US. This is just my opinion.

With them carrying V2 products, everybody that loves Skruf email them. I also would prefer to support an American vendor.

It looks like they added Nick and Johnny East and West as well.

I just placed an order with getsnus. I'm trying some new sterk portions, since I really like them for when I'm falling asleep, for a midnight snus, and for taking with coffee.

5 cans Nick and Johnny - Tried General Sterk, now I'm trying this, and next I'll try Onyx.

1 can Nick and Johnny West

1 can Offroad Licorice - Gotlands Anis Los is my fav, and I liked LD Black, so I figured it's worth trying

1 free can of General Wintergreen Portions

I'm excited about the low shipping and am hoping for a quick delivery. If they carried Gotland's anis los and some skruf stark los, I'd probably order from them most of the time. Still, I'll probably order my General Los from them if I end up liking any of the things I'm trying in this order.
