Who knows? Maybe SM has just had it with the Euro Commission and decided to show them they can sell to Europe if they want. Or something like that.
I was thinking that the leak of the 2003 report and the leak of the new directive draft might have not been a coincidence.
So SM leaks the directive draft, get the tipp-exed report published and OK's sales from Northerner US in order to flex muscles.
I don't really believe it, actually.

I've just stuck in a two roll order with Odenssnus. It's costing me £10 more in total. It's still £12 cheaper than Northerner.

It seems that they've all hiked the price of snus. It's quite a hike too. Why?

I seem to be able to buy Jaks snus presumably from the US, although it doesn't state that it's from the US, raising concerns about shipping time and customs.

And I don't seem to be paying any tax, which makes a roll of phantom clock in at under 20 quid.

That's got to be wrong.

I took advantage and made an order, worst that can happen is I get the money refunded, you never know!
