Could snuson be destroying avenues for snus to the EU?

Now that everybody agrees... what are we waiting for? Is there anybody in Sweden who wants to earn a couple of thousand of Kronor a month?

I can only say that we would have this shop up and running for a long time already.... but i am not Swedish...

Perhaps a group of people in Sweden would work out better, like snus pen-pals? Supplying the EU would be a lot for 1 or 2 people to handle but a larger group sending to a very small number of people would be more manageable. Plus it would reduce the risk (if there is any) to the sender. Sure, the senders wouldn't make a ton of money that way but they should make enough to allow them to snus for free plus maybe a little extra. Maybe use some sort of social media to find people interested in sending? Then again there is the risk of being ripped off.... Just thinking out loud here.

That's how I envision this.. people working in a group and exchanging info on who has ordered what and who's turn it is to send the stuff out. If we can start with a person we know from here and that person then employs another trusted person... we should be ok.

We all know that anything that you put on the internet can be googled. This means that everything people write here can be googled and found by the tobacco nazis in Brussels or elsewhere.
They're definately watching us here and any conduit of tobacco could be shut down.

Would it not be better for us to create a blackout amongst ourselves with regard to companies that are shipping to us in the EU and simply use the PM system to inform?

I think it is obviously bad for snusers to post info that could help hurt snus use on the internet. I respect your question because you must already be thinking it. Those people who don't have a life except to take screen shots must use man hours to find stuff to whine about. Concentrating everything in one place that the buffoons would otherwise have to burn man hour$ to find out is really nice for them. Tell you something else, one day someone on snuson is going to be taken to court for something they did or said. Or a snus maker is going to be taken to court. A buffoon is going to tell a judge that this or that was said on snuson by that person. The judge is going to force snuson to turn over their database. Every post AND PM sent will become public knowledge. If you have no experience in these things and think I am paranoid or a lunatic ask an attorney yourself. It happens many times everyday of the year. Most of the time the person holding the data must not only turn over a database (for example) but the WHOLE hard drive. Don't think that the offending data can be deleted before its turned over either. If a person deletes data to keep the court from getting it they will go to jail so fast their mummy won't have time to say good-bye. Talking about the price of snus is one thing but PMing each other about how to buy illegal products is conspiring and is about as bad as getting caught breaking that law. Besides, joining together and breaking laws as a group is organized crime. Just because one cant imagine something so crazy happening don't mean that it does not happen all the time. it does. this is what you call free non-legal advice, it's probably worth just that and i don't condone breaking laws.

As far as I'm aware there isn't a solid directive yet from the EU. Is the review still in progress?
