You won't go to jail over snus. That's for smugglers who are reselling. It could be seized, and you could get a bill for taxes, but I haven't heard of that happening yet. Enjoy it while you can. I don't think the Swedish option is going to be around much longer(I predict <5 years). Of course you want to pay your taxes. I'm pretty sure everyone here does.Comment
