Notherner messed up my order :( need an opinion

So, I placed my first order to Northerner:

1x General Onyx, Portion
1x Mocco Pomegranate White, Mini Portion
1x Goteborgs Rape No2, Portion

Everything seemed dandy, and I was really really excited to try the General after all the rave reviews. Today I got my package (3 day shipping, pretty speedy), and opened it up. Oh boy! 3 cans! I take out the first - Mocca, what a pretty little can. I take out the second - the Rape #2, cool. I take out the third....... Elixyr Pepparmint? Uh. I see.

So, I didn't get the one I was most excited about, which put a damper on things, but the Elixyr smells good at least. Anyone have any experience with this one? Is Elixyr the snus with caffeine in it or whatever? Could be good for a morning boost.

Previously I had only tried the Camel Frost, so this Rape #2 is, well, doing exactly that to my brain right now It has hit me like a ton of bricks. I didn't like the salty-fish smell of the can, but the taste is kind of nice. Definitely a higher quality than that Camel stuff. And boy does that Mocca smell nice.

I put in a customer service message to Northerner, hopefully they'll fix this. They seem like really good people.

You seem to start cautiously ordering only three cans :-)
But like that you will soon have to re-order and thus get the chance to try buysnus this time ... ;-)
You might also consider ordering one tin of lössnus next time, preferably one that you already know as portion snus so you can compare.

Elixyr has three tastes available and only one of them ist the power-snus. Yours is however not. You're lucky that you like it though, there are horrible reviews in that forum and I would never try that elixyr stuff myself.

Definitely a higher quality than that Camel stuff. And boy does that Mocca smell nice.

I would think that if you contact Northerner, they would be willing to correct the error by sending you the correct can of snus.

I contacted them the second I opened my package! They e-mailed me back today saying that they would re-send my order. If they send me all three cans again, they may have just earned themselves a repeat customer

They didn't ship the two wise products I ordered and I suppose paid for. Will they send them to me once they have them back in supply? Anyone have them send a half an order like this?

Typically, they will send multiple packages if you ordered by Swedish post. If you paid for UPS, they will remove the backordered items from the cart as UPS is way too expensive to send a second package for only a couple of cans.

Yes, but only when it was mentioned on the delivery note anyway. No big deal or anything questionable in my case, just usual business.

No UPS for me, just the Swedish Post. Sorry, but am I to understand that they will send me a package containing my missing (backordered/out of stock) items once available?

Would you recommend contacting them? I assume they deal with this quite often.

I certainly like that Buysnus will take products off their orderform/pages if they are not available.

Just use another distributor. Northerner is preoccupied with other items and doesn't pay specific attention to it's snus customers.

There are several distributors out there to choose from.
