It's a risk. Northerner will apply your states taxes to your order to cover your butt. I agree that snus was one thing they weren't screwing us on. Not anymore!

I doubt anything will happen, but there is no way that anyone can guarantee you anything one way or another.

1st you have find a shop willing to ship to the USA.
If it comes by way of US Mail you risk the chance that US Customs will intercept the package. They will destroy it and send you a seizure letter.
If it comes by UPS then besides paying the outrageous shipping charges you risk getting hit by brokerage fees.

i mean i ordered snus from snuscentral the other day and on the package theres a customs sticker that says swedish snus and other stuff. i know all they want is taxes but im not buying within the u.s. im buying from sweden

Now that PACT is in effect, if the snus distributor is not applying your state's tobacco taxes, then you are liable. It's hit or miss from there, though.
