i once left a general portions can on my desk for about a month, maybe more. once day i picked it up because i wanted to store some captain crunch it in (long story) it was as moldy as 200 year old bread. it really looked like you threw in 200 spiders on crack and all they did was make webs inside the little can. it was disgusting. i almost touched the mold to see what it was like, but reconsidered.
