You have to sign for your deliveries, and provide age verification. There's also FDA rules that come into effect. They aren't related to PACT, but I associate them in my head. Screwed is screwed. The agency doesn't matter so much to me :^D

So is a license good enough or do you have to fvcking pay someone to verify your age too. Give them an extra $10 for that too? Why not take my fvcking blood too. When is enough enough? This country is really really turning into Nazi Germany. I swear to God I HATE this fvcking country.
