      Waking up with N&J Strong and coffee.
      Misc. regular portions throughout the day.
      Last potion of the day tends to be a Stark.

        I use mostly Lös but for portions I use regular and sterk fairly equally, don't really use ekstra sterks that much though.

          Regular for me. Never felt the need to try stark.

          I think part of it is that my nicotine requirements as a pipe smoker are different than those of a cigarette smoker. Since pipe smoke is not inhaled, my nicotine absorption has always been through the slower, steadier oral route rather than the quick rush through the lungs that cigarette smokers are used to.
