Only regular for me, I use nasal snuff as well and noticed when I snus too soon after a pinch I feel bad, just with regular snus. Actually, going to get General Silver in next order, that's very pleasant portion snus.

I pretty much go back and forth - regular,stark,regular,stark. But thats mostly because I'm a General Wintergreen/Thunder Frosted whore. I dont really use the Thunder for its high nicotine content, I just love the stuff!

I start the day with a sterk. Sometimes one with coffee after lunch but regular portions for the rest.

When I started snus I refused to even try sterks for about a year. I didn't think I needed the nicotine. When N&J West was discontinued I ordered the standard N&J Strong. It's been all downhill from there. I think it would be quite easy to more to a greater proportion of sterks so I exert a little self-discipline so Mr. Brownstone don't come a knockin'.

I use them all the time and Mr. Brownstone don't come a knockin'. He might if I chained them but my usage is as I need and I don't have a problem (said the nicaholic).

I use starks only. Nick and Johnny is pretty much the brand that I have settled on, they are only 11 mg so I call them a light stark. I'll hit a GES or Thunder occasionally, but rarely like once every couple of days for first in the morning. I'm down to about 5 or 6 a day now, but snuffing a bunch

I use several ES portions or prillas daily, sometimes more, guess it depends on what I'm doing. In between my ES snus....I use regular portions.

I have found I usually have a sterk or extra sterk can open at all times. so i alternate between regular and sterks during the day.

If I had a gun to my head, easy, sterks. I do use more regulars though mainly so that my morning, afternoon and evening sterk stays strong. Plus there are many tasty brands not available in sterk. I started off loose with sterks, but now I use mostly regular(but a bigger pris).

It comes down to the taste variety of regulars vs. the nicotine of sterks,...

I use both sterk and regular los. Odens ES is my go to, but Grov and Offroad wintergreen are too delicious not to use. I also like Skruf ES los, but that may be hard to come by in the future. As long as I have my regular 3 I am fine.

I used Sterks for a period of time but at some point they just became too much. Also I think most sterks have amped up PH and that degrades the flavor imo.
