I was indeed referencing a line from the song "Great Deceiver" from King Crimson's album "Starless and Bible Black." I was very angry at the time, and would like to express sincere apologies to anyone who construed my meaning as denigrating toward anyone's sexuality. Seriously, the thought never entered my mind until I revisited this thread and saw the comment above. In light of some of the things that have been said recently in connection with pending health care legislation especially, I can easily understand why someone would take great offense.

The term as it's used in the song is a sneering reference to a certain type of person, who condescendingly lords their sense of moral and physical superiority over others. I forget sometimes that most people have probably never even heard of King Crimson. Again, to all forum members, please accept my apologies for my thoughtlessness.

Reminds me of that South Park episode where the Harley Bikers ride through the town.

Toque will continue to ship to the USA, but will fully comply with the Pact legislation as we do today with the current laws.

To date we are unaware of any US customer ever being asked to pay taxes or for that matter anyone volunteering to pay taxes on receipt of one of our shipments. We presume that all our customers are law abiding Americans and declare the tax due in their yearly return.

When/if the Pact act comes into force we will continue to send and presume that our customers will inform the appropriate legislators of the tax due on all the shipments that they receive. It is estimated that 1 in 180 shipments may be inspected after/if Pact comes in.

Rodrick, First off thanks for your incite into this matter and if anyone knows wtf is going on, I'm sure you do. Sorry if this is a repetitive ? or one you can't answer but... :?:

Since your orders (thankfully btw) ship via postal service(s) from your country into the United States and then as far as I'm aware normally retain staying in the postal service USPS at our end. If PACT is dis-allowing all tobaccos (excluding cigars) to be shipped via USPS, what do you suspect happens at the point of entry to our country beings of course you do and are expected as said to stay in compliance with declaring your product as such - "Nasal tobacco or Snuff...". :?:

Wouldn't this force a new means of (legal for US) delivery at this point taking it out of the USPS and require it to subcontract with UPS or the like (Assuming they will still ship tobaccos so they can get that signature which I understand is the big part of the PACT "Save the kids" hoopla?)

It looks like NicotineRush is closing shop. He states the PACT act, and says he can't find a loophole, and is having a clearance sale now.

If I was rich, I'd leave the country.

Maybe when we get the Dems out, all this can be overturned.

MrSnuff said he plans to carry on, even if it's some extra redtape to deal with.

PACT act was signed into law today (March 31). A sad day for reduced harm.

Sad day for US internet/mail order businesses, but US citizens can still order from overseas. They'll just have to wait a couple more days.

So basically would I be a fool to stock up now? Because I plan to buy out some online shops with my tax money.
