I got my icetool by the good grace of the man they call ice, and I am forever in debt. However my fingers are still dirty from the Prima in my mouth right now. Certain brands just cry out for some Snusdoggystyle-los-tantric-buddha-caressing to make them just right. And Liandri, when I want it strong and dirty, you're right, okay? You are exactly right. No Zero-style baking or pris-tooling necessary. Just pinch and stuff. But the icetool makes my los world go 'round at any given moment! Your post begs the question: ever tried an icetool? I don't mean prismaster or syringe or some such... I mean the thing in the upper right corner of your computer screen. PP is right, it's there for a reason.

To be quite honest I never thought an Icetool could make such a difference. Espicially for the price. Alas ,I too was graced with an icetool from the great Iceman. Believe me, its well worth the normal price. It works perfect, fast and precise each time. You will never know untill you at least try one. Or screw it.........use protions. lol

it don't really matter tho. we all have our little techniques anyway.

I've been wrong lots of times.  Lots of times I've thought I was wrong only to find out that I was right in the beginning.

Laugh at my syringe all you want, it makes it easy to measure out how much snus I use, if anything it's a tool for measuring.

sometimes I hand bake or just take a pinch, but I'm a penny pincher.

I wouldn't say no to an icetool, but I've got no real need for one.
kinda like having a Zippo instead of a Bic.

I loose anytime i'm not in public with a few exceptions. Baking a pris is easy, quick and no problem. I don't want to part with the 40$ so I haven't purchased the tool. Come to think of it, even if I had a big tax refund arrive at my door step I still don't see myself parting with the dough. I guess hand baking or an occasional hillbilly works fine. I want one because its a toy, but a toy that would probably collect dust.
They seem great for others and definitely add convenience to snusing, but untill I can collect enough unwanted snus to trade, no icetool for me.
