It seems like it would be harder politically for a law to prevent a private company like UPS from shipping a legal product, but a few cries of "but what about the children" are usually enough to solve that. Call me crazy though, I still think there's room for sanity to be injected back into our political system, so please people, keep advocating for the availability of reduced harm products like snus. I think that the majority still controls politics in the US, and that the drive against tobacco happens because tobacco users aren't in the majority anymore, and most of the public is uninformed. Prohibition was beaten once, we can beat it again.
In the meantime, I guess the government feels like I'm better off addicted to prescription amphetamines, or smoking. Damn.

I remember all to well good old days when I could order snus from getsnus with $5 shipping, and free with orders over $50, and left at my doorstep when I got home. But 'nuff said about that. Those days aren't coming back.
I'm still working on my pre-PACT stash so haven't ordered anything accept some stonewalls. When the time comes I'll find a way to get the goods. The biggest problem is that it discourages new users from trying snus. With high shipping cost and high taxes in a lot of states getting into the game can be a good deal more difficult. Trying out a few cans to see if it floats your boat is way to intimidating. Hopefully that will change in the future as more Swedish snus shows up in B&M stores, but it may be a good way off when I can go to the local corner store and get high quality snus.
The PACT act is killing people.
Thats one hell of an unintended consequence.
