haven't tried skruf yet...the stark may be a bit too strong for me. As of now, I'm loving general original portions. Is SS, much stronger than it?

I have a can of the skruf stark los that I haven't tried yet. I've tried the original portions and wasn't too impressed. They certainly weren't bad, and I finished the can, but its not on the re-order list. I do have high hopes for the los those, as it seems to be a favorite for many.

Yep, I too have shared your addiction (note my avatar! ) for quite some time but I have now found a new liking for Gotlands as well and now mix between the 2.

I love Skruf Stark, but I like a lot of other brands too... I'd say that there is at least a dozen that I really like!

I share your infatuation. Skruf Stark Los has become my mainstay, even at work. However, I do not enjoy any of the Scruf portions very much. I'll use one here and there because I have them on hand, but will not reorder them.

Just be careful. I have found after two years using that if I overdo any snus, I come to dislike it. Why I always cycle through and use so many favorites, I don't want to stop liking any of them.

I'm a snus whore. My goal is to find 12 favorites. Skruf Stark is on the list.

Slightly off topic; is Skruf pronounced "Skroof?"

While I use more Skruf Stark Portions than anything else, I switch between cans and also throughout the day.

                        For example:
SS, GES, SS, N&J, Ettan los.
                        SS, CQ, N&J, SS, TF
GES, SS, GES, SS, SS los.

Never get burned out on a taste, as Sagedil gave indication to.
                        Phil

If I were forced to pick one snus, it would be Skruf Stark loose.

Imperial Tobacco is the parent company of Skruf (pronounced 'Skroof' and Knox brands of Swedish snus. Skruf is probably the second most popular snus brand in Sweden and one of the top most popular snus brands in the growing American market.

Skruf was started by two life long friends who saw an opportunity to make a big future for a small product - Jonas Engwall and Adam Gillberg.

Life long friends and entrepreneurs, Jonas and Adam, sat down in 2001 to discuss how they could use their skills gained in the world of finance to build a business in an area they were passionate about.

Skruf is produced in the forests of Småland in the southern part of Sweden and fresh water from the forest lakes are used in the production. Only the best tobaccos are used in the making of Skruf and the famous Swedish standards for production of snus are of course being met.
