Ok, so this is odd. Just got my second batch of green and the portions are very dry and hard, even harder and dryer that the Camel White portions I have. Possibly they can vary through the production process like this?

It sounds like you got a bad can. I've never had any that were completely lacking in moisture, and I've got a few oldies around.

Maybe the yummy tobacco spray gun was running low when the portions in that tin went through. Will order some more. The 1st lot I had were great. Thinking about it I think moisture can vary on most brands from time to time.

Gotland snus tends to be on the dry side. It should be part way between a regular, and a white portion. If it's bone dry, it's just bad/old.
