Nick & Johnny East and West Discontinued

N&J West was good but nothing special.

Never tried East but a buddy of mine I brought over to snus only orders N & J West, I know hes gonna be pissed off.

Sad I never got to try N&J Los, sounded great and it is always a lil sad when a snus is discontinued.

They were both discontinued because of their stupid graphics methinks. People got tired of seeing man-head on their snus cans.

N&J East was one of the first snuses I tried. It was like Goteborgs Rapè mixed with tea flavor, and was very weak in tobacco taste (looking back, I'm wondering if there was any tobacco in it). I liked it better than Gote #1, but that's not saying much.

N&J West was alright, but it wasn't different enough from N&J regular to make an impression.

What really killed it for me was 4 less portions per tin, though. It seems trivial on the surface, but the taste didn't justify a higher price, and I can live without a stylish tin.

Plus that man-head-thing was kinda weird. Was there a whole collection that you could assemble into one big picture of a head? LOL!

I got a free can of East one time. I couldn't get past the smell. IDK. It's sad to lose a snus, but perhaps a new one will take it's place.

I hope the N&J line rolls out an Ekstra Sterk snus! Perhaps it could dethrone Thunder Snus with 18mg/portion?

While I wont miss either of these, I would miss the reg portions.

As far as a Nick and Johnny Ekstra Sterk, I cant Imagine because the reg is almost overpowering to me.

And as Jason has hinted, I would like to see a Nick and Johnny reg portion with 8mg nicotine content.

That's funny for two reasons.

First I love brutal honesty.

Second, the damn cans are shaped like mini coffins. So when they are discontinued a grave would be appropriate.

I don't care that these are going away. I never tried them and I never wanted to. Once the wonderful loose version went away, my interest in anything Nick & Johnny quickly waned.

Just tried NJ east, not a huge fan, but it's different. I swear that I'm tasting a leathery taste, maybe it's just me. Also they seem to be very peppery, which is okay too.

Can't say that I'll miss this one, but I'll keep it in the freezer in case I run low and my shipment is running late.

Noo! N&J West Strong is my strong snus work-horse. Well damn...back to the drawing board. I really liked it, too.

*Sigh* These were my favorites and if I'd read this before placing my latest order I wouldn't have gotten the Ettan or Röda Lacket Claq Qui and instead loaded up on only Nick (& J). Ah well, change is life and there's still a lot of great snus out there so I'm not *too* sad.
