I strongly believe smokeless should be exempt from taxation because it helps improve our health care system. If every smoker switched to snus or smokeless tobacco, the world would have a far less burden from health care costs caused by cigarette smoking. Hell, we should even get paid to use snus, since we're saving the government and private insurance companies so much money.
