Snus for office environment or meetings

Actually, I believe that the snuson study group found that snus causes beard to grow. If you don't believe me, check out the post your ugly mug section and peep my wife's sweet-ass beard.

Took some getting used to in bed, but after a while, it's kind of like cell phones...you wonder how you ever lived without it. :wink:

I wish I had known this fact about snus when I was 15 and proud of the little colorless fuzz which I thought was a beard/mustache.

Stonewall dissolved hard snuff tobacco would be perfect for a metting. It is a mint like tobacco product with 4mg of nic. The flavors are great. I use this stuff when I am in a situation where I can't snus. Just pop a mint in and no one will ever question you. It delivers a good punch too. Nearly all the nic is absorbed. First through the mouth and then in the stomach. Good price also. Most webstores only sell it in a pack of 5. With shipping I only pay about .18 cents per hard snuff. According to the company that produces it there are very low TSNA's(about an eighth of snus).

Thanks bearcat87, never seen or heard of stonewall dissolved hard tobacco but it sounds like something I should buy. I put an order with northerner couple of days ago and a part of that order was couple of tins of Oomph (the old Wise) 6mg citrus/menthol, I am sure they didn't have the stonewall since I checked all of their products. Where do you usually get it from?

I tried a Stonewall Java-mix tablet. It's basically like an antacid tablet you put between your gum and cheek and just let it dissolve. It was pretty damn tasty at first. But then it changed into this chalky nastiness I had to spit out.

I don't know if i'd believe that websites claims about the health concerns. I mean, you are completely consuming (absorbtion and swallowing) basically a ball of compact snuff. That's what it calls it on the package anyway.

EDIT: By the way, I got a sample from a local cigar shop where i asked if they carried snus. They did not and the guy gave me a few of these things after we talked about tobacco alternatives for a few.

To me its not much different from putting a tic tac or icebreaker in. Though they do last a long time. If you put it in between you cheek and gum it can last for 45 min. I usually just let it dissolve on my tongue, I think I get the nic faster that way. Hope you enjoy it.

Thanks guys, I think stonewall can be useful in those once in a while situations when a quick nic hit is needed in the absence of snus. I am just crazy about tobacco/nicotine and would like to have a huge stash of snus as my main staple and some other alternative nic products for emergency (cigs wouldn’t be included since I am afraid I might start smoking if I try one cigarette).

Sounds like what I do.

I have my regular snus stash, a few hidden boxes of stonewall just in case, some nasal snuff laying around and JUST IN CASE my pipe.

I am ready in case of an EOW (End Of World) scenario for at least a month. By then I figure I could get a tobacco smuggling / mafia like scheme going :P

LOL, Ainkor, you are really prepared. I get nervous when I think about the possibility of Swedish snus not being imported to the US or if it becomes extremely expensive due to taxes or not being able to buy over the internet, etc. I’d like to know well ahead of time if something like that is going to happen so I can invest a part of the farm on snus.

Ainkor, do like I did. Build up a 80 or 90 can reserve in the freezer. That way you have 3 months in reserve!! :lol: :lol:

LOL, you guys are pro (80 - 90 cans?). I'll have a lot to catch up. With the new order I put couple of days ago, I think I will have 25 cans max.

My very first order was 7 cans and the second order 18 cans mostly different brands. I think it will take a while for me to find 4 - 5 favorites to stick with.
