    GR#2 and it's infinitely-lasting flavor.

I am on a couple of antibiotics right now that are making me feel worse than the infection they are intended to cure.

Last night I kept trying to fall asleep, but it wasnt working, and I was getting annoyed/irritable.

Solution: I popped in a portion of GR#2 and a Goody's PM powder. The Goody's had my eyelids slamming shut within about 30-45 mins at which point I passed out (forgetting about the portion in my mouth).

I finally woke up at about 11am (8 hours later) and to my surprize, the portion was still tasty. Usually if I pass out with a portion in, I wake up within a few hours with that acrid sludge buildup in my mouth.

whah? whah? whah? is this Goody's powder?!?! I need! It's not diphenhydramine hydrochloride like Benadryl that's also used in Tylenol PM etc is it? i tried generic Ambien[zolpidem] before my sleep apnea was treated and that sh!t messes with your memory! Bad NEWS. But something called Goody's has to be safe and warm and wonderful right? Educate me Tommy Chong-alike!
ps: i agree on the GR#2, it was the first white portion I tried, it also keeps well w/o refrig. I like to go to bed with a Röda wp in my lip.

      Yep,

One dose of Goody's PM has 1000mg Acetaminophen and 76mg Diphenhydramine Citrate.

Oddly enough, If I take Tylenol PM, it keeps me up all night. The Goody's is a pre-crushed powder that is like an immediate absorbtion and it knocked me out and I woke like clockwork 8 hours later.

Tylenol PM has an active ingredient listed as diphenhydramine HCl, and Goody's lists it as diphenhydramine citrate.

I wonder if that is the same thing just labeled differently? And if it is the same thing, why do goody powders knock me out when tylenol pm keeps me up?

(this is where Zero or one of our other lab experts is supposed to chim,e in and educate me on the difference between hydrochloride and citrate)

I usually fall asleep with a portion in. I do los all the rest of the time, but when I'm sleeping I like to do portions. I will wake up in the middle of the night and pop a new one in; it's quite pleasant.

I was gonna ask about the sleeping with snus, and how many people here do it. I usually take it out before I actually fall asleep, but I might try sleeping with one.

I always take mine out before bedtime, but I have had a nap or two on the couch with one in... I usually wake up with a mouth full of thick salty fluid that I find delicious yet disgusting at the same time...

Ok, that just sounds weird...

I never sleep with portions in because I'm too paranoid. Years ago, I woke up choking on a cough drop because I fell asleep with it in my mouth; it had dried out and got stuck in my throat. That was one of the worst feelings of panic I've ever had; waking up and not being able to breathe. Not taking a chance like that again.

Doesn't sound weird to all of us like me.

But be cautious folks about going to sleep within a few minutes after putting Snus in your mouth - because your dreams may shift into a different realms than where they usually are, and may be vivid as well. :!:

I grew up in the south and, this was the only thing my Grandmother would give us for headaches or pains of any kind! Gets rid of my headaches in minutes. When we moved up to Illinois in the late 70's though, nobody knew what it was.

Pony, I know in Northern Cali they sell it in some of the AM/PM marts and in some Stop & Go's. Not sure about Washington though. Walgreen's and CVS should have them as well. PM me if you can't find em'.

StarWing is right on. Sleeping with snus in most definitely causes some lucid dreams. Quite fun actually

I've never slept with snus in, but that's because in my earlier attempts to quit smoking, I once fell asleep with a nic patch on.

If anyone remembers the difference in the wizard of oz between when it was in black and white and when it was in color...that's how much your dreams change. And they were horrible dreams! The worst part is I would wake up and not know if I was still dreaming or even if I'd fallen asleep sometimes. Scared my parents a few times when I went to check and see if they were still alive.

                        Ah, good times...

Yeah, I mean, all my ancestors are from Arkansas or Tennessee, but up here where I was born and raised NASCAR is just a joke to the Starbuck's obsessed uppity Microsoft masses. You saw the "Ricky Bobby" movie with Will Ferrell? That's how many up here view the sport unfortunately. I've never seen Goody's in any drugstore! I agree with Xobe, Tylenol PM gives me crawly leg sensations and makes me feel like crap. I think diphenhydramine citrate must be absorbed quicker, a forum member I trade tobacco with who's in IL offered to send me some Goody's PM, so I'll give a full report soon.
