UPS is really taking the cake now, their website said my shipment would be here Wednesday by 8 PM, waited almost all day, checked status and it was marked all day, the slip was on the door, he didn't even knock. So instead of dropping it at the UPS store so I could pick it up today, he "attempts" another delivery, opened the door to look for him and there sat another package from them but no snus and no slip this time. I tried calling but all I could get was a call center in India, who said he submitted a ticket, well thanks. So, on the website it says he'll try again tomorrow, I guess it's too much trouble to leave it at the UPS store so I can go get it. So I sit around another day to see if the idiot actually knocks on the door this time.

My UPS driver is spot on, might be 8PM (or later), but delivers it every time. Sorry for your pain.

I wish someone would have said something sooner, I would been using it, they used to just drop it off at the closest UPS store for pick up, now you have to tell them too, looks like a bunch of untrained monkeys are now running UPS.

Finally, just got my snus after 3 days, I think the driver was in a bit of trouble, he had a manager with him.
