As Whalen's agent.......I must inform all the parties involved in these negotiations that my client may not actually be alive during the afore said meetings

While we understand that this presents a setback to most traditional business models.........we are willing to think outside the box on this one for the greater good of snus/snuff world.

As long as vital signs are not vital to the terms of this deal.......I feel comfortable in moving forward in these talks.........

However, we will need another los added to the production line........... as compensation for my clients inconvenience (you know....with him being dead and all)
