snus los has definetly pulled my gums back

still love the stuff and am thankful for quitting dip (been 5 yrs), but top teeth gum line is starting to pull back.
one tooth is getting sensitive to temps (exposed the nerve i bet)...considering all the smokeless i've comsumed over the last 25 yrs, i have nice teeth
and i quit dip to preserve them, bummed that snus seems to have the same long term effect.
i pinch a can of ettan/general los a day and have for five years, prior to that about 20 yrs of dip.
upper teeth were virgin tobacco grounds, so i know the recession is from snus...just thought i'd share

maybe try and seek out a swedish dentist that is tolerant of snus... see if you can get a gum graft or something...
