I received free snus from Mr. GN without even winning any competition. I am too stupid to win any contest, but Mr. GN´s generosity overcame this.

So I am thankful to Mr. GN and I would think all the others should be, too.

The way I see it

If you pay for snus you can demand that you get it and demand that you get it soon. If you have not paid it's entirely up to the giver and it's extremely rude to demand it. I dunno, maybe it's just the way I was brought up instead of dragged up.

Anyhow, GN has honoured everybody with snus....yet again.

You are not an impartial party and we all know that you have a love for GN and that's ok but doesn't change the fact that he didn't make good on his word in an appropriate time frame. some of these guys kept asking for more than 6 months from one contest then he initiated another contest to be administered by Whalen(and didn't take care of that) who then felt responsible and gave some of his own snus to people. There is no excuse, I know you and GN are close but put yourself in others shoes. I already put out an olive Branch and all I got in return is a vitriolic comment. I'm sorry, I hope he makes good on his "goodbye" comment. And really who's the martyr?

I obviously don't speak for GN but running your own tobacco company and bringing up two kids with a third one on the way, I wouldn't have the time, or even the desire to send half the participants on some internet forum a heap of snus. I don't know how he does it. I think it says heaps about the man that he would even want to. Yeah snus companies give samples, but this is more than samples. This is why I have such respect.

Wowzah, I missed alot since I last logged in yesterday.

GN, I think this is what is going on (the way I read the thread):

I haven't been on the forums long, but long enough to know that Whalen and GN have a friendship that shouldn't be ended because of a mere misunderstanding through written words on the internet.

GN is a busy guy. How about we cut him some slack and give him the chance to send whatever snus is going out, whenever he see fit? I mean....its not like we BOUGHT the stuff at an online store.....He chose to have a contest, we had fun, and he'll get to sending the snus when he has time. Patience, kind Sirs.
