Now, I am not defending Northerner, but my last few transactions with them have been fine, the US ones arrived in under 2 weeks, I was also emailed to advise one was out of stock and if I wanted a replacement. It does seem that things are starting to look up, especially given our limited ordering options.

I have to wonder what happened to their PR guy Northerner_ops that showed up here while things were in the shit? I can only guess why but he seems to have disappeared. It would be nice to hear of any updates about how Northerner has been addressing their problems and maybe some reassurance that things are fixed.

i had a grip of bonus points saved up on GetSnus. Then they got rid of the points system, with the promise we would be reimbursed for our points. It's been over a year now, my points are still gone, they will not answer my emails, and now GetSnus is completely gone, along with my account. Those ****s will never see a dime of my money again. I used to order all of my snus from them too, both at Getsnus and the main site. Big loss for them money-wise. Shady asshat bastards......
Sorry to hear that Owens. Hard to armchair quarterback without knowing the details, but it seems like some money would fix a lot of the problems. Make things right with the people that lost stuff, and run some good specials. Take a loan out if need be... Dunno. Pissing off old customers usually isn't the best tactic, though it'll sometimes work if you can get enough new customers, and keep them.
