god smilies (sic) on me this day, i have received my snuscentral order which i ordered on monday and i am once again in the swedish saddle, my mount braying as my blood nicotine level is elevated to it's normal extremes. geeze, no stickers on the can, no tearing off the american political stickers of ignorance. god is good, the sweet sweet saltiness of the crumbly goodness dissolves in my mouth to wash away the badness of the cloying marlboro snus.

Today is Jan 10 and they replied to my last ticket. The following is their reply


"Sorry, but I do not understand your question or request?"


I guess they think i will shut up and go away quietly. I don't think that i will. I pasted all of the ticket numbers in a NEW ticket and told them to review them. If they don't satisfy me by day 100 I will do a charge back. I believe with four pages of documentation and 100 days of waiting I should be on solid ground. A person should not have to beg for what they pay for and I am sick of this already.

I refuse to order from them. I asked them a question via email 3 months ago. A month ago they finally generated a ticket or whatever to me but still no response.

Northerner - a failure!

Placed my latest order a month ago. I have received 5/20 cans. I have 3 tickets open and they are straight out ignoring me. They will answer one of them about where the rest of my order is. It hasn't even shipped yet! Mad, never ordering from them again

Just for the record, I have been boycotting Northerner and havn't bought from them the entire time ive been gone the past few months. Never again. Too much hassle. Especially since my local cigar store carries snus now.

I see the defenders have finally even given up. a part of my job, just a part I pack and ship about 300 orders a week from a handful of websites. I am one person. I made the websites, I order in stock , I pack it, I ship it and I answer the emails about it and often I even answer the phone calls about it. I also travel 90+ days a year on business. I also pack pallets and arrange shipping for those too. I am only one guy and I work no more than 50 or so hours a week. If Northerner did even 1000 orders a week (doubtful) they would need all of 5 people, 3 to pack and ship, 1 to cook the books and one to watch over the other 4. If they only did 100 orders a week at 50.00 each with a profit margin of 30% then they will quickly go under (or slowly as it seems) overhead bills would kill that quickly.

I believe Northerner has never had the volume to hire a crew, and the few that run it are starving to death. But part of the trouble is the lack of effort to customer service and keeping items in stock has led to their demise. They could have built a solid reputation and then hired the people as they could. But it seems they chose not too. It might very well be to late to save it. But I hope they do someday as it would be nice to have a stateside avenue for reliably acquiring snus.

it is too bad. I see it quite a bit in my line of work though. Some people start something up without the ability to lead it or get the folks they need to lead it and they kill the business. Should give me a call Northerner, I'll whip that shit into order..... And I know customer service Hate to see a good business go down due to fixable issues.

This hsit is just unacceptable for any web shop. You just can't make people wait weeks on end for their goods especially if your selling a perishable item. At this point my opinion is Northerner needs to fail and be bought on the cheap by some one who gives a shit.......

I wanted/want northerner to be successful. I tried my best to support them by buying snus and when people would be screwed I would say hey they will make good. I don't want to say anything about them that's not the truth. I have bought from them for something like 6-7 years. They made mistakes but have always made good on them. At times I got irritated because I had to wait but never more than a couple weeks. I could throw out some guesses as to why there are so many problems but I will keep it to myself.

These times are causing me plenty of money problems. I hate for them to have money issues. I will say this, I don't belive the owner is out to screw anyone. I still hope they get it together.

But I am relieved to hear from them finally. If they can just get this in the mail I know it will get here.
