Is it normal for the tobacco in the portions to be hard-packed into one clump? I have to knead them with my fingers to loosen the tobacco. Of the 10 of so varieties I've tried, none have been like this. I'm wondering if this is how the portions are when they're packaged with the star pattern or if it's just an anomaly of the can I got.

I was using some imagination. I'm assuming he meant the usual rectangular lump at the end of the portion. I've never had Onyx that was clumpy. I really dislike the star formation. It's a great presentation in the tin, but the shape's inconvenient.Originally posted by snusgetterComment
