Well since I've started using Oden's Extreme Lös I actually keep 'em in for 30 minutes. Often I can't take much more time, at least not if I'm tired, or it is the first prilla of the day.
But today I had one in for 1 hour in school and if I don't remember about having a prilla in there it can't stay for a while.
But I must admit if I use regular portions I will keep 'em in for 1½ hours at a time.

I for one usually keep mine in for about 30 minutes at a tame. Unless I game, then it can be there for an hour or two. But I hardly ever use them after the nicotine has run out.

Yep, they don't have to keep it in longer, get the nic hit and if can is empty, go and buy another one. We have to hold on every portion like it's our last one

Sorry for this mate, but we have to ask every Swedish person that joins the forum:

Can i hear your experiences with buying snus i Sweden?

I mean, i know there are alot of stores and shops in Sweden that got snus ''fridges'', but they do mostly just sell the ''popular'' brand right? Like general( All swedish match products in fact)

So where do you go when you want to have some other brands of snus? Like Odens, Thunder, camel, marlboro and so on.

Are there many shops in Sweden which is only a snus shop, where you can get a lot of rolls and almost every kind of snus that is available?

I was in Sweden a month ago, really wanted to buy some odens and thunder snus, but they didnt have that in th fridges in the ''main'' stores.

    thanks

I go through about a tin a day myself. If pris and prilla are kind of antiquated, what's the current terms? Also, how have Swedes reacted to the news that Olympic athletes may soon be banned from snussing? I can't imagine they'll be thrilled.

Yep prices in Stockholm were between 23-43 SEK for portions, if i remember correctly then Kronan or Tre Ankare was the cheapest, ofcourse if you know right places then you'll get it bit cheaper.

E: Welcome to the forum Granitvit!

That's surprised me. It works out at 6 USD/£3.90 a tin for me too.

For people that aren't lucky enough to live in Sweden it can get quite expensive. I'd use a tin every 2 to two and half days, but I use starks.

Where are you from in Sweden?
Yeah, I guess it is a matter of culture and availability. We are born and raised with snus around us, and I suppose throughout your life you increase the dosage. I started when I was 13, and several of my friends too. I don't think i did a can a day back then, so it probably does increase over time.

One thing I have noticed is that when I use the cheaper brands, I do a lot more. This is quite odd as the nicotine amount is the same (or said to be). But I do agree that when using the stronger ones, I use less.

I live in the center of Stockholm.

EDIT. I noticed what you said about it getting expensive if you live outside Sweden. Is that really the case, even with shipping? I pay some USD 6.50 for every can... unless I buy rolls.
