    What's the point in smoking?

Now that i'm snussing and i enjoy this form of smokeless tobacco i must admit i've had the odd smoke here and there before fully deciding snus was the way, and i keep thinking to myself: what is the point in smoking? I'm sure i'll smoke again at some point but it does seem pretty pointless to me right this minute.

I smoke a cigarette once a month or so just to see what I am not missing. It is nasty, but I smoked for 30 years and am around them a lot.

Well one could say what is the point of snusing. Or what is the point of anything one does not NEED, or the benefits can be questionable against potential or perceived consequences, or against the price. In the end it is all perspective.

I like smoking, and still have the occasional cigarette, but I prefer snus.

It is the socially accepted way of getting your nicotine in the US?

They usually do a couple of good Cuban cigars in Asda Pris. But to enjoy them i have to wait over an hour to get the nicotine out my system so i can enjoy them.

You don't have to be sophisticated to smoke a cigar. You can get one for the cost of a packet of Marlboro Reds.

Never tried one actually. Think the nearest I got was the Cuban snuses.

Those two premium ones they do are by H Uppman's and Punch... they come in a tube. You'd need a cheap cigar cutter off eBay though.
