I'd be tempted to send them a quarter just as an insult. That is after all what the bill is for (a $0.25 duty fee) the rest are their handling charges.

It's got to be from a BuySnus order. On the rare times I've bought anything from them after PACT, a week later I get one of these UPS love letters. ;-)

lol. i got one quite some time ago. ignored it, and it went away. my other bills ...not so much.

It all depends how the package is shipped. If was sent regular UPS then you'll still get those bills. It has to be sent UPS DDP to avoid those extra charges.
It's possible Chad's package wasn't sent DDP, he hasn't even told us who he recieved the package from.
I know someone sent him Kardus 2010 from Europe before anyone else had any so it wasn't sent under normal circumstances.
We need more details.

I received one pre-pact from a 2-3 day UPS Buysnus order
and since then nothing after a good number of orders. It must be hard to keep track of all this new bureaucracy.

I've got one I just ignored it, I'll probably be woken up at the age of 75 by some guy demanding 16.50 or so and I'll hand him a twenty dollar coin and then go back to bed.
