They're probably people that want to make sure their snus is FRESH as new.

I'm currently enjoying a can of General Ekstra Sterk that expired on March 31st, 2009. I couldn't tell if it were fresh or "expired".

Except for my Skruf ES, some Oden's and SnusX, all mine are close to or past the best by. Expired and discounted is my flavor....

It would depend on storage. If they were in a freezer, then it's a definate buy, in a fridge I'd make a smallish order first to see the quality, if it's out on a shelf or something I'd probably pass. But if it were frozen I'd be up for buying snus that's 12 months old. Hell, most of my snus now expired in the spring/summer that just past anyhow. I also agree it should be discounted. I'm sure it will be. I'd even buy a VIP package for it but the offerings would have to change...fresh Jaks is no different than year-old Jaks IMO.

I think we might be getting a little closer to finding out what these points are all about boys and girls.

Absolutely. I'd buy older than three months. All my snus has been expired for quite some time.

Getsnus has expired Ettan loose and General Ekstra Sterk Loose, seems to be the same price but it says buy (7) get (3) free. Just thought I let you guys know!

Correction: its a short expiration date!

I'm with Wicked on this one and my poll answer would change depending on how the expired snus was stored before sale, But if it was Expired Jaks or Thunder Wintergreen or the such i would have to say No, wouldn't buy it.. Not even for free..

I would also hope that the pretty heavy discount from the normal price wouldn't be dependant on buying 3, 5 or 7 cans and one can buy by the single can at the discount price to throw some in with a mixed order to keep the price down on large mixed orders or even roll orders. It would be great to be able to try some snus I haven't tried yet and not have to buy 10 and pay for 7 in order to get said discount on expired snus...

Edit: I spoke too soon under northerner special deals tab... Although it's not expired it's close to and don't want to have to buy 7 to get a deal .... Hope the expired will be sold by the can

There have been comments as to freezing over reefer and such, and plastic to cardboard and types of snus. I have to say i broke a can of GES los BBD july 13 out of the fridge about a week ago and it's perfect. So I voted up to 3 months, I really don't think freezer and all this work you guys put into it are all that necessary. JMO

I dunno. My snus is pretty old. If I had the forethought, it would have been interesting to see how snus held up long term fridge vs freezer.
