Seems SM dumps anything that does not sell by the Boxcar load. Long history of running a flavor up the flagpole to see who salutes it, not enough and its bye bye time. As to the flavor, well, if you have never had one, what can I say, they were good. I liked them, but they were just above that nic level that I can tolerate. But they also were an early stark, that was part of their appeal also. I think I will go dig a can out of the snus locker and give it a whirl again.wiki "Popcorn Sutton" a true COOT!

Level is always getting slagged on, but really, it was a damned good snus at a rock bottom price. It boggles my mind that people purchase Phantom when Level was up there with the best of any of Swedish Match's offerings (my opinion).Originally posted by squeezyjohnLevel????!!!!!?????

The reason Claq Qui was discontinued was because of Norway. Norway is the second biggest snus market outside of Sweden, so whenever Swedish Match introduces a new product, they don't care what the sales figures in Sweden, Denmark or the US show. The bottom line is "Is this snus selling in Norway?" If the answer is "no," then the product is dropped.
Apparently, everyone in the entire world loved Claq Qui, but in Norway, it never caught on. So it was killed. Thanks, Norway.
For those that never had Claq Qui, it was basically Roda Lacket Sterk. It wasn't quite as "sweet" as regular Roda, but it was in the background and it packed a punch. Matter of fact, "Claq Qui" roughly translated means "knock you on your ass."

I liked Level lös a good bit, but not the portions. I was gonna try to redo Diplomat lös using Level, but it was pulled before I could try. I can't remember anymore what I wanted to mix it with. Maybe I'll look through my old posts to refresh my memory.
Edit:
This was my opinion as of 2008. I can't confirm or deny. It's been too long.
Originally posted by lxskllrWell, I'm using my second to last can of Diplomat(1 more in the freezer), and it boggles my mind that this didn't sell well enough in Sweden to keep it on the market. It tastes like a a blend of 60% General, 25% Grov, and 15% Level, and was subjectively the best "standard" lös snus made. I may try to blend my own version sometime in the future, but it would be nice if F&L would just make the damned stuff again :^/

Nah, roughly translated from French it means "beat down", as in "this snus will beat you down and take all your money like you're a two dollar whore."Originally posted by Skell18I thought Claq Qui meant "Fight Club"?
The fight club rep comes from the promotional video that SM made at the time. It may or may not be on youtube still. It was pretty... different.
