If you skip the beef - the problem will go away and you can use snus again!

Eric, in 10 years I've never had any gastrointestinal issues with snus (tobacco) juice, now I'm not saying that some individual couldn't have a problem with it but you should really ask your Doctor... Speculation and conjecture won't help you...

I'm not a Doctor but I play one on television...

Edit: Mr. Snuffleupagus is probably correct I quit eating all the Mexican food on a regular bases a few weeks after I moved here from South Carolina. Some of the spices they use here I just can't digest. Changing your diet eating more vegetables & fruits lay off the salt and fats would be a good place to start.

I think there might be some old threads on IBS and snus...IDK really, maybe don't eat beef and spicy foods for a while? Not sure if IBS is realated, but if so ask Roo all about it...

    Snus use and colon issues

As a few of you know from my "In the ER" thread I've been dealing with a colitis type issue where my colon is enflamed. I haven't been snusing as much as usual just wondering that when I do if I'm making the problem worse? I don't know if the tobacco juices are not too great to digest while having an issue like mine, like Mexican food for an example. If it is I can just snuff 100 percent of the time till I'm better but I'll miss my snus. I haven't noticed any nausea or anything caused by the juice I just don't want it to slow down my healing.
