Yavor Milchev is apparently a professional web site designer and search engine optimization specialist, according to his LinkedIn profile. It's quite likely that he is not the instigator of the site, just the tech support. Domain names are often registered through a proxy, to hide the identity of the true owner.

There doesn't seem to be much substance to the site, either. I wouldn't be surprised if it quietly fades away.

It may not be apparent but my signature does link to his site when you roll your cursor over the image (I'll have to make it more prominent).

As for Yavor, he must have a good sense of humor to associate himself with something as meaningless as quitsnus.. I hope it pays him well.
