Yeah F*** cigs... seriously though I don't miss the ups and downs of nicotine uptake from cigarettes and snus is waaaaay tastier. I like being able to breathe when doing things like skateboarding and hiking. Snus changed my life.

I used dip to quit cigs 30 years ago I used snus to quit dip wish I new about snus 30 years ago.

While snus hasn't helped me quit completely, it's definitely helped me cut down. I used to smoke around 10-15 cigs a day, now thanks to Swedish snus, I'm down to about 3-5. I'm sure I'll have to quit eventually due to my job or whatever reason, but I'm not worried anymore. I know I always have snus to count on. I fear NOT having snus because then my cigarette consumption doubles. Snus, at this point, has kinda worked as a mediator for me.

i feel you on the cig thing but ive only been on snus for three days and i stopped buying cigs at all. its hard somtimes but the snus pulls me through it

thanks man its been a lot easier with snus and damn i love it lol! ima order diff flavors i want and a ice tools tin. they say those tins keep it good and fresh

It has been over 3 years smoke free for me now, only snus could do that.

Congrats and keep it up. I too was over 2 PAD smoker for 25+ years and it's been 3 1/2 years no smoking with only snus.

The Icetool tins are really worth it. I just got one finally last week. It does keep the snus really fresh especially compared to the regular fiberboard loose cans.

Thanks , I am determined not to go back to cigarettes ! between 6 to 10 portions of strong Snus a day keeps me going for now.

I still smoke occasionaly.. It feels hard to give up smoking since all my friends go for a smoke every break at school :S
