Hi I'm Adam from Croatia,
from 2009 till 2013 I was taking snus and then shudenly the Croatia became part of ǝdoɹnǝ uoıun crap thing and take the SNUS away from my country. "( My online orders was always stopped so i get back to smoking. I was trying to get goverment permission to get SNUS orders but you know =out of luck. So i made tutorial how to made it in one Croatia alternative forum. Traveling the world with my work sometimes i fund the SNUS and buy few cans that dont last long. So the time passes and the time came that the cigarettes must be left over. So i quit smoking month before and found a way with my angel fellow for posting this briliant product to me.
It was easy to quit smoking with SNUS, and my breath is now full of life.

Its been around 2-3 years since i really quit smoking with snus, minus a few hiccups my health is near perfect, a tad over weight but blood pressure is 124/69 with lots of cardio(1hour or 20mins HIIT) and strength training(yoga, dumbells & Calisthenics) , down from 140/80 without exercising, IMO if you eat and exercise snus has little effect on your health both mentally and physically... When i was smoking life was pretty damn aweful, now i feel like a teenager again. Snus = my soma.

I used to smoke 30 rollys a day at least, had one relapse recently got through 25g in two days, still was less painfull then one session of vaping, though took a longer time to recover and generally made me feel sh*t. Both dont suit me not with my asthma.

One tip cut out the caffine if you snus it adds like 10points to systolic alone.

Approx 5 years a pack every 2-3 days with variables. Been able to go 3+ months with out smoking, caved in and now trying again with more optimism

Snus helped me break mind behavior, but i dont feel nicotine rushes anymore. Im more sleepy etc

I can and have quit smoking for long periods. Years at a time but it was always social situations that pulled me back in and I just got tired of quitting or worrying about having a cigarette and slipping back into the inconvenience of smoking and quitting again. With snus I can get my Nic and have the occasional cigarette with no worries. Smoking cigarettes is very enjoyable from time to time but daily is just a stinky mess and the negative health effect is sinus congestion/tight chest etc.. is not worth it to be a regular smoker.

I've been a smoker & dipper for nearly 20 years. Quit smoking and started dipping exclusively in Dec 2013. Of course my dip usage went up to about 2 cans a day to compensate for not smoking. Earlier this month (may 2014) I purchased snus to see if it worked any better for me. Not only did my wife & kids like me snusing better, I have begun feeling better and am no longer having random coughing fits or getting dirty looks for smelling like smoke or carrying a spit bottle everywhere.

After 3 days of snusing I had a drag of a cigarette and it tasted so bad. Walked off smiling knowing I've finally quit after 10 years of trying. Dont have to worry about relapsing when drinking. Found a better vice. Life is easier and I can now **** and get up the stairs better!

definitely ... snus IMO is the only real aid to quit smoking

vaping is great too but I find it less enjoyable than snus (I can only vape V2 ecigs which are quite expensive)

I was a pack a day smoker for years and have a big love for tobacco. 4 months ago I quit with vaping but found it too artificial for my taste so I gave swedish snus a try. Haven't smoked for 3 months and have no desire to smoke ever again. Long live snus!

I was a pack a day guy for about 10-15 years, I've tried patches, ecig, I quit once with dip but went back to smoking. I never thought when a co worker handed me a camel snus that I would quit smoking but once I looked up snus online and found that I could buy general locally my smoking days were over, took about a week to get down to zero cigs but I've done it, smoke free for 2 weeks! Snus all day and ecig at bed time and I'm fine.

I just got my first order from Sweden and am now enjoying experiencing all the different things out there, general is great but it's nice to have some veriety in the freezer!

Never could have quit without snus, I've tried.
