    Must admit I've gained some weight since using snus Might be a coincidence though. Possibly the snus flavourings although not containing sugar are calorific to a degree?

        if you are losing weight after quitting smoking then that simply means you tumor is shrinking. In most cases thats a good thing.
        Grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to hide the bodies of the people I killed because they were annoying......



        I've been wrong lots of times.  Lots of times I've thought I was wrong only to find out that I was right in the beginning.

            Didn't switch from smoking but since snus has let me relax and stop being so stressed out i actual find time to exercise and have lost 68 pounds. Have a friend that quit smoking and started snus and exercises with me that has lost 118 pounds.
