    I have noticed that since I started using Snus they have not rushed me into the ER and had to do any more Open Heart Surgery! Thats a real plus in my book! Keep smoking and find out the down sides. Snus saved my life buddy!!! End of story!

      For years and years I would get sinus infections and colds that would last a month or more. Since snussing, not a single cold or sinus problem.

        No more coughing.
        No more colds.
        No more nausea.
        Clean mouth and teeth.
        Much more chilled out.
        I sleep better.

          I don't have smoker's cough anymore, I have more energy, I can breath better, less stress because I don't have to find a damn smoking area, which are few and far between.

            I do not wheeze when I try to sleep at night. I would say that the best benefit for me has been my sanity. When you smoke you always tell yourself your going to quit soon with each cigarette you light up and you never do. With snus, I at least feel like I have some control over my habit. Also, it is a lot funner to use snus than to smoke. I look forward to trying new flavors and brands and I never did that with cigarettes.

              I have since quitting smoking...

              1. Stopped having painful chest pain
              2. Reversed my COPD
              3. Lowered my blood pressure
              4. Whiter Teeth
              5. Gotten my sense of taste and smell back
              6. Increased blood flow to my extremities

              All very positive health changes...I love snus and it loves me.

                You had chest pain that was painful?

                I feel you with the COPD though, I don't personally have it, but I know a lot of people that do and it is terrible.

                I had chest pains and heart palpitations when I smoked which have disappeared since snusing. I also have better teeth, taste/smell, and blood flow. I've noticed the rings under my eyes have disappeared as well, where I would normally have them all the time from smoking, not lack of sleep/stress.
                I also find snus enjoyable all the time, as opposed to maybe 2 or 3 cig's a day that actually felt decent... the rest seemed to be maintenance.

                  I used to suffer from chest pains after 13 years of smoking cigarettes and 9 years of marijuana all day everyday.

                  I quit marijuana over 5 years ago now, and my chest pains have been reduced considerably since switching to snus.

                  I don't drink anymore, don't smoke anymore, don't use drugs anymore... sheesh i'm such a square.. But I feel much better.

                      No more respiratory irritation.
                      Increased stamina/endurance.
                      Vanishing of "burning sensation" in my lungs.
                      Fewer sick days.
                      Sore/dry throat is gone.
                      "Stale" feeling is gone (this is difficult to explain).

                        I have noticed, I don't wheeze, snore or get out of breath when walking up steep hills. My sense of taste and smell have improved a little and I have no feeling of panic as the smoking ban looms on the horizon 8)
                        Oh and my circulation is a bit better, my hands and feet stay warmer.
                        I have a noticed a fw changes including
                        Smell
                        weight gain(my weight is far less than avg)
                        taste
                        breath.
                        Skin.
