5 years 9 months. I have a small amount of gum recession above my front tooth, but no so much that I would quit ever. I use about 1 to 1.5 can lös per week.

7 years with a 10-month pause when I did not use nicotine in any form and then snuffed for a few months before returning to snus.

I had quite a hypertension before starting snus. Snus healed it nicely. As Andy105 said:

"Quitting smoking may be a contributing factor."

2 years and with my health getting better every day, of course that's because I don't smoke, but when I ride my bicycle I feel better now and that makes me very happy indeed

I have never done snus but I have done grizzly Wintergreen lc and wc for 3 school years ( 9th grade started .I'm in 12th grade and a marine .I am kinda tired of getting caught dipping at school. What's the difference between snuff and snus

Around 15 years on and off, with a few long breaks in the middle where i smoked cigarettes instead. Bad choice.. Luckily i went back to Snus in the end and haven't touched a cigarette for over 3 years now.

Since 2007 and I havn't had a cigarette since. Prior to this, I was a 1-2 pack a day smoker for most of the previous 4 decades. God Bless Swedish Snus!

The big differences between snus and dip are
1) no spit cups with snus
2) texture (and thus the way you pack it)
3) supply (it is more of a challenge to get snus than dip)......that said snus is manageable (and even affordable compared to dip when ordered in in bulk)
