I just stopped smoking and switched over to Camel snus.....I went with Frost, because on 3 reasons.....

1. It tastes like gum.
2. I am use to smoking menthols
3. Camel seems to like me, because I keep getting free snus coupons from them in the mail. I've gotten like 6 of them.

It is working so far. I have gone cold turkey, from smoking, and using the snus packets about 10 times a day. But I am planning on quitting both over the next 2 weeks. I can go about 5 hours without a packet. But today, a lot of things kept going wrong (isn't that usually what happens when your trying to quit, the world seems like it hates you? haha) but anyway, it's working. and since i don't plan on being a long-term snus-er, i shouldn't have any major health problems to worry about. but at least now I have a sort of support team here online. but i should be good. i had a cig about 2 days ago, and was like YAKKK, i have no desire to smoke anymore. i just love "frosted snus"......ill update from time to time, and also if anyone wants to share some stories i'd like to hear them. thanks and peace to all!

Welcome to the forum. Good luck quitting all of it if that is your wish. As I have posted elsewhere, nicotine is too useful for me to quit. Snus offers me the opportunity to get my nicotine without the health issues.

I'm glad Camel is working for you. Most people find that it simply doesn't deliver enough nicotine. Swedish snus is much more potent in that regard.

When I feel the need to smoke, I try and reach for my pipe and a bowl of latakia, rather than a cigarette.

My kinda snuser. I too reach for the pipe and latakia, maybe three times a day. Nothing tastes better and is as satisfying.

I like Camel Frost, too. It's not my main snus (Wise 6mg tasteless is), but use what you like. Life's too short to suffer bad taste.

I do not have an anti-American bias, either.
