From the latest research it seems that drinking is also a far worse risk factor in oral cancers. If I live long enough with this bad heart to die of oral cancer I will consider myself lucky! And excessive worrying will flat take out your heart - fast! Using snus on a past lesion is sketchy, but it is the least harmful way other than nasal snuff. either way good luck and time to let him figure it out and live with it. 15 years of dip would be pretty intense. I would be better off without snus, but 40 years of cigarettes has just about killed me - so it is all about harm reduction. Problem now is that the crowd of killer clowns here are clamoring for post reductions. So Best of luck! And just quit worrying!

Let me say this to all of you who think I am such a evil wife. My husband got laid off for 2 years durning that time I worked my butt off so we wouldn't lose everythig. He was chewing two cans a day and I never said a damn thing about it because I knew he was stressed out. How many of your wives or girlfriends would do that??? I don't know many so I don't think I am all that bad of a wife and I can bet you I will not be the one divorced in a few years.
