At least from an American standpoint, I think our conservative nature stems from an innate guilt. We've spent years hearing how we're not only hurting ourselves smoking, but we're hurting those around us. I think we've just continued to think about nicotine the same way...

Two months sucking through my old pre-PACT act stash and no problems so far. The whole breathing thing is kind of weird though, and not smoking 3 packs a day is making my wife hang around more....expecting stuff.....
