How long have you used Snus? Any Problems?

I have been using over a year and have noticed any ill effects. I feel if you keep up with your dental hygiene there is little to worry about.

I am coming up on two years of snussing. The only problem was figuring out how to make portions with a light enough nic hit and little enough burn so that I could pop one without liquids and without niccups.

And that, friends, is one reason I'm trying snus for ADD therapy. I'd like to think I wouldn't ever be stupid enough to try meth, but if I get addicted to amphetamines, and for some reason I got desperate...well let's not think about that.

As far as problems with snus, as a nonsmoker trying it, I did have a little spell of nausea and excessive sweating. I'm sure this is because my body isn't used to nicotine yet, so for those of you moving from cigarettes to snus I'm guessing this wasn't a problem. I did smoke one cigarette once, and I got very nauseous and had to lie down for about an hour to keep from throwing up. (Which makes me wonder how some of you guys kept smoking after trying it the first time...I don't mean that to sound judgmental, but I do think it's odd since my first cigarette was such an awful feeling) Not nearly that bad with the snus, and getting some food in my stomach helped a lot.

I've been using snus for about 2 years now... Only problems are... No freezer space, pact act blew, and prices have just about doubled...

I haven't smoked hookah in a few months though and I basically only use snus, the occasional dip and the occasional nasal snuff.
