    wicked kitchen i'm not trying to increase my milk production haha. ill look into some anti-inflammatory herbs though. Yes now that i think about it water only is unrealistic because i have exams next week and don't want to feel like a zombie. So today is i start my water/ fruit juice/ vegetable fast for two weeks. i'm cutting down 4 sterkies a day to one. this already blows.

      That's a lot of sprains in a short time which could lead to some permanent or longtime damage.
      I have seen friends with similar swelling that took years to go back to normal. Some who are still limping from ankle sport injuries.

      My advice is to take about three months off instead of pushing it.
