Has anyone else ever experienced heartburn due to snus? I can't say for certain that snus is what is causing it, but it seems strange that on a few occasions now, as soon as I throw in a portion I get heartburn a couple minutes later. Most recently, it happened today when I put in a General White portion, and last night with Jakobsson's Ice Fruit.

Do you use op and swallow a lot of juice. I always spit the first few waves of juice and have never had it. -
I use both regularly. I think white portions have a slight advantage because I like the flavor to be subtle and last a bit longer when I'm in class, but a few of my favorites are actually op. It may not even be the snus, it just seems a little suspicious to me.Comment

Anything with a heavy smoke flavor will do it to me. General is the number one snus that gives.me heartburn. Grov is a close second.... tasty but painful. I still use them but spairingly. I don't remember the last time I had some Grov now that I think about it...
Same thing with too much mint but I REALLY have to use a lot to get heartburn. Mint all day without a break hurts me...otherwise no problem.Comment
