Baseball is a sport of the gods.

Baseball is indeed a God Tier sport. I'm a Red Sox fan. My state is pretty evenly divided between Sox and Yankees fans so that makes it interesting, especially now with the AL east close. My condolences to any Orioles fans though.

Don't know if anyone else caught it or not, but Edwin Jackson threw a no hitter for the Diamond Backs tonight. Only reason i caught it was because it kept interrupting the Braves games on the MLB channel. Awesome none-the-less.

I'm a life-long Detroit Tigers fan. My family on my Dad's side is from Detroit, so I kind of break the whole "Everybody in Alabama loves the Braves" mold.

I'm excited to see Stephen Strasburg pitch on ESPN tomorrow night. Haven't had a chance to see him yet. That kid is unbelievable so far.

What a f'n joke the sox go into the ninth 5 down have their best hitter this year come up with a chance to do the job and win , and he's up in the count 2-0 and the ump decides to take the game into his own hands, I don't know, it was blatant Otherwise I won't argue with umps, but dude musta wanted to go home real bad. Anyway, I love the game and take it for what it is, but, I hate to see this happen to the opponents let alone my guys.... but we play 160+ games for a reason..... I for sure don't want to see electronic umps but Frak me.....
