Yeah, rob gotta love those gnarlier of cuts. I'm off to a late start tonight, but I've got some chicken wings marinading that I am gonna get done tonight, prolly make some black beans and rice to go with em, Pics to follow.
Also I think I'm gonna buy one of these, I gotta fire pit in the back yard and I think it is awesome to cook over good hardwood open flame, Let me know what you guys think.... http://www.gratemateoutdoors.com/index.html Also I think it would be great for camping......

Damn Rob what'd you do to those short ribs? I grilled some on Monday that turned out awesome, marinated overnight in soy, mango-lemonade, rice vinegar, and chili sauce. They were off the hook. Not as good as last night's meal though: lamb bone-in steaks on the grill, kale that I soaked for an hour in coconut milk and spices then grilled for 1 minute, and Israeli cous cous (the big kind) with sauteed apricots. Shit could have sold for $25 at a restaurant lol. It was yummy. I should start taking pics. What's this cooking forum you frequent RonsanX?

I'm not sure I want to be part of such a heavily moderated site..... I noticed your a mod and figured it was best to ask you here, as it seems my posts need to go some approval process.... kinda lame man......

Well i was home tonight watching the Sox game drinking a coupla beers and decided to fry up a few shrimp. I had some 16 count in the freezer and thawed them. Marinated in buttermilk and then tossed in BB1's famous fry breading. Here are a couple pics
