Really tho, thanks for the complements on my dishes, truth is my Mom gave me a serving of four for a christmas present. So that present has cost me a bit of money when adding on. It's true they are nice, but rather than building a service ware collection I could be using a new smoker. Damn Moms, still controlling our lives thru gifts/suggestion....... seriously tho, I love my mom, and apparently she has good taste...............

Yeah but do you use real charcoal? this http://www.google.com/products/catal...wBw#ps-sellers is what I use. fairly priced and damn good lump charcoal. Use a weber http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00...0&linkCode=xm2 to start. They both make all the difference in the world.....Originally posted by RooGood tips Blue, I am always inclined toward charcoal I don't use electric or propane for shit. I'm a $60 Weber man. I'll check that link, thanks.

I made a chili cheeseburger, and chili cheese fries.

Looks tight man! Did you forget the bun, or just not use one substituting the fries, cuz that's what i woulda done..... Fries fresh cut? I don't even buy the frozen ones anymore. I make my fries and fry them in like 250 oil till their soft then pull em and finish off in 375, again makes all the difference in the world.......

Thanks! Yeah I served it open faced, and it all got kinda buried. I did cut the fries this time because I'm trying to save a little on food, and potatoes are pretty cheap right now.
I wouldn't mind buying a couple sacks, and putting my fry cutter back to work. I have a gallon size deep fryer, so I can par-fry and freeze a bunch relatively easily.

I have to agree with butters, the burgers look fantastic. But what's with the catsup ramen? I'm sure it could taste good but it's not something that's familiar here in the states. A lil cultural difference I suppose. Anyways it's awesome you just happened to take a picture of your food the other day and could share it with us. Along the same lines, I resurrected this thread and you happened to have a cool pic available.... synergy or what? Like I've said this thread is nothing without Pics. Keep em coming thraxy.......Originally posted by EricHill78The burgers look good, the noodles scare me though. Is that ketchup and mayonaise on them? LoL
