I dont know if it really makes a big difference but I usually grind the beans at the store for the most freshness.
Breakfast blend anything is usually my favorite and organic. Waiting for the right price to try Dunkin Donuts blend.

It hurts my soul seeing people add these bastard mixes and blends to such a wonderful bean. It completely kills the every taste the farmers/growers and roasters where going for.

As you can see its one of my pet peeves, nothing against you.
Nothing against me taken  I just really like it better because it is on the stronger side. I tried a Dunkin once, and it tasted like water to me...no flavor at all. In fact, today when I went there, I actually got a tall brewed decaf...without any sugar free syrup in it 8) But I'm definitely more into the espresso drinks when I go there.

I think they gave you the puzzled looks because you said large...it's a Venti, hehe. Sorry, just had to throw that in...you can smack me now

A double espresso when drinking coffee though, on the whole, I prefer a nice cup of Earl Grey. Coffee should be served as black as the Devil and as sweet as a stolen kiss.

Yeah i know its a Venti. I choose not to call it that, most people don't (at the starbucks that i goto n e way). Believe the looks come from a person not ordering the fast food equivalent of a yuppies drink. Its funny, you got people always ask for non-fat. As they poor gallons of sugar in their coffee. Its like ordering a big mac meal but making sure you got a diet soda.

I make Cafe Bustelo made in a french press and drink it black. One scoop, one cup.

I like my coffee very strong. (My ex wife had an anxiety attack the first time she drank a cup of it)

It is my favorite coffee and I only need one cup to get me going.

It has really ruined me, though. I usually don't drink coffee anywhere but home. I hate the coffee at work and refuse to go to Starbucks, DD or any coffee place for that matter.

                Mike.

I like my coffee like I like my women. Ground up, and in the freezer.

Really I like Starbucks Sumatra. WHole Bean...grind it then put it in the french press for about 6 or 7 minutes. Dark and strong baby.

Kind of reminds me of what RJR is trying to do to snus.

                      Starbucks is to coffee
                      what
                      Chocolate cake is to bread.

I cant drink coffee. After 1 cup I start turning red and feeling hot, and I get the runs. Tea for me.

haha we have people clamoring around at work trying to get a cup of the regular stuff before Bill comes in and makes his thick ass coffee. I think the decanter struggles to hold it.

I'm big on African coffees, always black. Even better with two shots of espresso dumped in there.

Usually I drink Americano's, it's the closest taste to "real coffee" you'll find anywhere. I have an espresso maker at home and buy tons of Nespresso pods for it. There's an espresso from India called Indraya that's really good too.

Anytime I go down to the islands I pick up a crapload of Jamaican Blue Mountain, usually a few 10lb burlap sacks of it.
